There is absolutely no thought, no feeling, no emotion, yet a very calm serene solitude in contentment. It’s like a sun star that is simply brilliantly giving off life giving light and heat into the universe, creating all life on planet Earth, for example.
The Realization

Who is the seer, can the seen be the same as the seer? Adyashanti says enlightment is extraordinarily unremarkable and just completely as it is right now. Eckhart Tolle says just be here in the Present moment stillness of the here now beingness, the isness. Mooji says, even the non-beingness is also observed, so just stay in the state of pure being sacred holiness, the one divine presence. These people are proof of the continuing evolution of the human potential and consciousness as a species.
