Eternally grateful here now

When you wake up in the morning, have as your first thought, that you are alive. Then, you will automatically associate the thought you are grateful because you are alive in your subconsciousness, and always have a background radiation of calm and serenity, and the holy sacred.

Deepest meditation life

It is when you just stare into whatever is in front of you, and have no attachment with it whatsoever. There is absolutely no thought, no feeling, no emotion, yet a very calm serene solitude in contentment. It’s like a sun star that is simply brilliantly giving off life giving light and heat into the universe, creating all life on planet Earth, for example.
